Cost

There is no additional charge for the marketing tools already described. However, you would be responsible for any fee-based advertising such as the Union Tribune, but any discounts we receive are always passed along to you.

Even though our rate is below the San Diego average, we continually strive to reduce vacancy times without sacrificing quality.

Response

Since we are open 7 days/week, we can respond quickly to prospective tenants. Generally, we have them first drive by your home to ensure interest and sincerity, then set up an appointment to view the inside.
