American Heritage Properties will be providing contact-less showings.

Our representative will arrive prior to your appointment time and open the property for you. They will then step back inside their car. You are then welcome to enter the property which will be vacant. Please wear a mask while viewing the home and use hand sanitizer when you leave. After you have completed your tour please call the office at 858-695-9400 should you have any questions. Once our representative sees you drive away they will return to lock up the home. They are not available to answer any questions onsite.

In accordance with SB329 Source of Income law, federal, state, and local public assistance/subsidies, such as Section 8 and VASH, are considered as a source of income for qualifying purposes at all properties.


Service/support animals are not considered pets by law therefore are not subject to any pet restrictions.


A 2022 law requires that to be considered as an emotional support animal, you must provide written verification of the need from a licensed health care professional who has conducted a clinical evaluation and has treated you for at least 30 days.  Falsely identifying an animal as a service animal is a violation of California Penal Code 365.7 punishable by up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
