Water restrictions in San Diego…What does this mean for tenants?

Tenants are still required to water the yard. The restrictions limit the amount of days the yard can be watered, but does not currently limit the amount of time the sprinklers can run. Occupants are allowed 3 days per week to water the yard and are required to make sure the yard remains in good condition. The water restrictions also require that all leaks are repaired promptly. Tenants are to report any dripping faucets, running toilets, broken irrigation, etc. so that we can send a plumber out to make the repair right away.
